HOW TO CREATE HELPDESK ACCOUNT

  1. Go to your favourite browser and enter " http://helpdesk.kinghenryviii.edu.my" at the address bar
  2. Click on on top right.image
  3. Select "Create an Account" image
  4. Fill in the credentials and Click "Register"(refer picture below)

  5. Once done you will be at " Thank you page"

  6. Go to your email inbox and open the email sent by KH8 Helpdesk,click on the link at the bottom.

  7. The link will redirect you to Helpdesk page to confirm your registration.

  8. Congratulations! Now your account is activated.
