Welcome , in order to streamline support requests and serve you better, we have implemented the KH8 Helpdesk for efficiency in attending to the employees’ requests and feedbacks. Now all employee can access the service center to log in issues, feedbacks or suggestions independently. Select a service category, choose what you want to do, view the details and submit to the relevant parties. You can have your pick without any complex processes involved. From Maintenance and IT matters to Human Resources matters and Constructive suggestions.

Every request/suggestion is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your requests and suggestions. Bear in mind, a valid email address is a must to submit a ticket.
