HOW TO CREATE TICKET

  • Login to Helpdesk

  • Type your email address, password and click "sign in"

  • Navigate to the top left of the page to select the Department and category.

  • Fill in the Title ( Issue Summary),Describe your issue and attach a screen shots if possible, once everything is done click "create Ticket"

  • You will be given a unique Ticket number (for you to check the status update)

  • To check for ticket status please refer to the "How To Page" at Helpdesk>Knowledgebase.
