HOW TO CREATE TICKET

Login to Helpdesk
Type your email address, password and click "sign in"
Navigate to the top left of the page to select the Department and category.
Fill in the Title ( Issue Summary),Describe your issue and attach a screen shots if possible, once everything is done click "create Ticket"
You will be given a unique Ticket number (for you to check the status update)
To check for ticket status please refer to the "How To Page" at Helpdesk>Knowledgebase.
