HOW TO SETUP EMAIL SIGNATURE - APP ( IOS / IPADOS/ ANDROID )

  1. Fire up your Gmail App on your phone
  2. Select the Hamburger ( 3 small vertical lines ) on the left.

  3. Scroll down until you find "Settings"

  4. Select your KH8 Email

  5. Search for "Signature Settings"

  6. Setup your Signature according to School Guideline . Enable the radio button " Mobile Signature ".
    1. Row 1 Your Full Name
    2. Row 2 Your Designation / Position
    3. Row 3 *** Blank Row ***
    4. Row 4 Your KH8 Email Address
    5. Once done Just click the
