HOW TO SETUP EMAIL SIGNATURE - WEB

  1. Fire up your favorite web browser and key in mail.google.com or mail.kinghenryviii.edu.my on the address bar, login into your KH8 Email.
  2. Find the Gear icon / Settings icon

  3. Select "See all settings "

  4. Select "General Tab" , Scroll down until you find " Signature " , Select " + Create new "

  5. Put any name you wanted as long as you can remember it , then select "Create".

  6. Fill in the Empty Box ( Your Signature ) with the following Format.
    1. Row 1 Your Full Name
    2. Row 2 Your Designation / Position ( Should be Italicised . If you have more than one desigantion please put each position on a new row)
    3. Row 3 *** Blank Row ***
    4. Row 4 Your KH8 Email Address ( Should be Italicised )

  7. Select your KH8 Email, "FOR NEW EMAIL USE" Please Select the signature name you created on Step 5 .

  8. Finally Scroll to the bottom and "Save Changes" ( Important )
